Ban on public funding for students who wish to seek higher education

Must watch!

"Telling us that we cannot obtain higher education, that we cannot go to college or community college, even if we work hard and do our best in school, it is crushing dreams, it is crushing goals," says Keish Kim,

  1. Michael,

Watching videos like the one you posted make me really upset. Undocumented students have had a really rough time in college these past few years. This issue has been very hot in the media for the last year or so. I think it's really frustrating and tiresome for students who are undocumented because they have come to the US to educate themselves and grasp better opportunities. I think it is unfortunate for students who came at such a young age with their parents. Young children don't know what they are getting into, they follow their parents. So what happens to a student who is undocumented because of his or her parent? Should undocumented students lose their educational privileges completely? How democratic is that really?
